For most of our items, specifically our leggings, we recommend sizing up if you are between sizes. Our bodycon dresses, fitted skirts and leggings are meant to hug the body and have a slight compression fit, but we have found that most people feel super comfortable in one size up. All of our fabrics are stretchy and will fit most body types, it all depends on how snug of a fit you prefer. Our fabrics won't lose their shape even after multiple wearings and washings. 

We accept most credit cards as well as Afterpay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, G Pay and Apple Pay.

Afterpay allows you to purchase in four equal installments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you purchase an item for $200, you pay 4 installments of $50. There is no additional cost to use Installments by Afterpay as long as you pay on time. All of your payments are interest free and you will recieve your order right away.

If you are a first time Afterpay customer, you will need to register with Afterpay first. If you are a returning customer, simply log in to make your purchase. It's super easy! 

Remember, all purchases in your cart must add up to $35 or more to qualify for Afterpay. 

Afterpay is only available to customers with a US billing address and US phone number. 

You will make your first installment payment at the time of purchase and the remaining three payments will automatically be deducted from your payment method of choice. You can make additional payments before your scheduled payment dates by logging into your Afterpay account.

Yes, all payments are processed via Shopify, Amazon Pay and PayPal, three of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. Both use the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Shopify, Amazon Pay and PayPal securely share your order and delivery details with us, but do not share any of your sensitive payment information.

For orders in the USA, anything under $800 will be shipped via USPS. Orders over $800 will be shipped by DHL.  For orders in Canada, we ship via Canada Post(Expedited Service) For international orders, most orders will be shipped via USPS then transferred to your local postal service. Higher valued orders will be shipped via courier such as DHL. 

Please expect your order to arrive to you in 14 business days. 

We are a slow fashion company which means your orders are created for you once the order is placed. Your order may take 5-10 days to create. We work Monday to Friday and are closed on weekends and all Canadian holidays. Production and shipping times are in business days and do not include dates that we are closed. Roxie Rudolph can answer your emails 7 days a week and can typically respond within 24 hours. Once your order is created, expect shipping to take 2-6 days if you are in the US, 2-8 days If you are in Canada, and 10-15 days (but may be delayed by the customs of your country) if you are international. 

What's so great about slow fashion?

So many great things! The talented people who are making your items only work Monday through Friday and don't work holidays. They earn a livable wage and receive benefits and have a safe working environment. We are sweatshop free! Because your order is made especially for you this cuts down on waste and there are no stocks of inventory sitting around being unsold (although we may offer a sale here and there)  We do not crank out cheap, disposable garments. 

Most US and Canada orders will have a tracking number which you will receive once your order has been shipped. International orders over a certain amount will be shipped with tracking, if you would like to add tracking to your international order please contact us and we can look into options for you. 

If you have a tracking number please check it, this may give you your answer. Please let us know within 10 days of the SHIP date if you have not received your package in the USA or Canada, and within 15 days for international orders. Please note that investigating a lost package can take 5-10 business days. If your tracking indicates that your order was delivered but you still have not received it, please verify that the address on the order is correct and contact your local postal service as they may have additional delivery information available and the package may actually be waiting for you at the post office. 

*Once the order has been transferred over to your shipping service, Roxie Rudolph is not responsible for packages not received that are marked as delivered at the address entered on the order. 

If you are unsatisfied with your item, need a different size or find a defect, please contact [email protected] within 7 days. 

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. 

Returns or exchanges can only be made within 30 days of purchase. We will not accept returns after this date or accept items that have been worn or washed. We can not refund shipping charges. 

If you have purchased a Roxie Rudolph item from a retail store, please contact the store owner.

We recommend machine or hand washing your items in cold water, hanging to dry (or tumble drying on low, our fabrics are naturally quick dry so you won't have to wait very long) We personally recommend hanging to dry when you can, this will make all of your clothing last longer and is of course better for the environment and saves on your electric or gas bill Do not use bleach. Our fabrics bounce back and our prints will not fade after washing. 

You may have noticed that many of our items are made with an EcoPoly/Spandex blend. What is EcoPoly and why is it a better for the environment? The textile industry is considered one of the most ecologically harmful in the world. The amount of water, energy, heat and chemicals used in the production of textiles is astronomical. EcoPoly uses 70% less water, 70% less energy and 70% less heat in it's production process.
